The company is looking for industrial companies with a background in repairing or manufacturing plastic items to work under a joint venture agreement. Description Description: The company was founded in 2011 in Navarre region (Northern Spain) and its business case in repairing plastics was visionary. Since 2011 the company has offered its services for the repair and maintenance of plastic containers, pallets, crates, tanks, etc. to companies and public entities. It was initially focused on waste containers and grew gradually becoming a highly demand service by different industrial sectors mainly pooling, food and automotive industry. During these years, the company has significantly expanded their know-how, thanks to a large amount and variety of clients, who allowed the company to discover and experiment with solutions for different materials and to continuously improve the quality of repairs. The company has developed a large portfolio of services and solutions, going from prevention and maintenance to damage repairs with the aim of maximizing the lifetime of plastic objects at the lowest possible cost.

The company is a pioneer and offers an innovative service. Until now, a plastic welding repair system did not exist. Therefore, companies had only two options when it came to damaged plastic objects: they could either throw out the broken objects and replace them with new ones, or turn to mechanical repairs with disappointing results. Repairing and reusing plastic objects saves approximately 70% in comparison to the costs of replacing the damaged object with a new one.

The company follows a circular economy business model and manufactures its own fuse cord and welding material with an exclusive formulation and virgin material that meets the European standards of food safety and enables traceability of the repair done. In order to offer a quick an accessible service, the company counts with a nationwide network and more than 10 years’ experience repairing large series of pallets, crates, frame tops, boxes, etc. for relevant companies from different industrial sectors: automotive industry, food industry, pooling sector, other industry sectors, municipalities and public entities, sport & leisure.
