What is believed to be the world's first one-piece carbon fibre composite car wheel has been developed by Australian company Carbon Revolution.
The composite wheels are 40-50% lighter than premium OEM equivalents made from aluminium and have already demonstrated improvements in acceleration, braking, ride quality and handling.
